  • Any caterer may be used at Temple Sinai so long as documentation is supplied

  • Reserve well in advance - specific menu planning can wait

  • Service choices included plated (seated), buffet, stations and everything in between (including, e.g., hand-passed hors d’oeuvres, table displays, donut boards, sundae bars)

  • Considerations: kosher or not (personal preference; no pork or shellfish at Temple Sinai); inclusion or separate rental of linens, plates, silverware, glassware, service, etc.; alcohol or none (if so, caterer- or family-supplied - insurance? corkage? pour fee? etc.)
